Participation in AOTS Language Training Program

Imperium Technology participated in AOTS (Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship) language training program. This training was held last October 1-12, 2007 at PhilNITS Training Center. Imperium has been lucky to have two of our IT professionals to joined this training program because only 40 participants is allowed to join.

The training was conducted in Japanese language. This training program is aimed at developing IT professionals as Bridge Systems engineers by teaching them the basic Japanese language and giving participants an understanding of the Japanese way of doing business. Out of 40 participants, 30 IT professionals will be chosen for further training in Japan under the Bridge Systems Engineers' program from Feb. 13 to March 18, 2008. Imperium Technology is hoping to be selected and again passed this language training program.
 
Imperium Participates AstriCon in Phoenix, Arizona

For the second time Imperium Technology participated AstriCon which was held last September 24-28, 2007. Two of our engineers, Mr. Rafferty Tan and Mr. James Milo attend this much anticipated Astricon to have a Digium Certified Asterisk Professional Certification (dCAP). Last year, Imperium Technology is proud to have one of the first dCAP certified from the Philippines and we hope to have another dCAP certified engineers this year.
 
Partnership with VarioSecure Networks

VarioSecure Networks, Inc, a security service provider company based in Tokyo, Japan has been added to the list of Imperium's partner. VarioSecure is also one of our valued client, some of the projects we've done for VarioSecure was on their Database Logs and Network Monitoring System (Illuminati).

VarioSecure operates three business segments in Japan. First is the Security Service segment which is engaged in the leasing of its in-house security systems under the name VarioSecure Router (VSR). The second is the Hosting Service segment which is engaged in the hosting business. The third one is the Professional Service segment which is involved in the provision of other services than the Security Service and Hosting Service. Its services encompass custom-made security and hosting services through consulting based on its clients' cost, operational and security needs.
 
New Network Support Group Established

Imperium Technology has established a new Network Support Group. This new group is composed of six dedicated networking engineers who's primary task is to support Virtela's Network Operation Center (NOC).

Virtela Communications has been a long time client and partner of Imperium Technology, some of the projects done for Virtela were their Network Monitoring System and their website. Imperium still continues to grow, adding more groups and engineers to provide the increasing needs of its growing clients.
 
Oracle Partner Network

Imperium Technology joins the Oracle Partner Network. Through partnership with Oracle, Imperium will gain access to Oracle's premier products and solutions for additional growth opportunities, education, technical services, highly specialized go-to-market engagement, with support from across all lines of business within Oracle.

The company will now increase its strength in Oracle database through the Oracle Partner Network and constant attendance at conferences and seminars sponsored by Oracle. Joining the OPN will allow Imperium to have the competitive advantage of Imperium's solutions and Oracles technologies. Thus, giving faster results and higher customer satisfaction.

Call Center Conference and Expo

Imperium participates at this year's 3rd Call Center Conference and Expo. The company will market it's Contact Center Solution (link to page) as one of the choices for start-up Call Center or those that would want to restructure their existing set-up.

The Call Center Conference and Expo is the official and biggest event for the contact center industry in the Philippines is back, with even more to offer this year. The Call Center Conference & Expo 2007 is a two-day mega must-attend event held this July 10 and 11, 2007 at the Crowne Plaza in Asian Development Bank Avenue, Quezon City. This year's theme is "Philippine Call Center Road Map 2010: Full Speed Ahead!"

Imperium goes to CommunicAsia 2007

Imperium will be joining e-Services Philippines and other companies that will go to Communicasia 2007 at Singapore Expo on June 19 -22, 2007. Imperium will focus to promote its network monitoring system and turnkey contact center solution among its other products and services.

CommunicAsia2007 is the most worthwhile marketing investment that covers the whole spectrum of the ICT industry. Held in conjunction with the Digital Media Entertainment, EnerpriseIT, and BroadcastAsia, the show expects to welcome more than 67,000 attendees based on last year's massive turn-out of 67,137 – 47% of which were from overseas, making CommunicAsia a highly-relevant and must-attend event for the info-communication and enterprise technology community.
