In its quest to be the best IT provider, Imperium Technology gives high value to continuous learning. Our employees are constantly seeking opportunities to develop the skills and knowledge relevant to our core business, particularly in terms of graduate degrees and certificate courses. Several of our engineers have also taken up foreign language and intercultural communication training in order to improve our relationship with global partners.
As a learning organization, Imperium does not limit itself to job-specific input. Employees are also exposed to a variety of educational experiences, where importance is given to the learning process. They learn how to think out of the box, explore their artistic side, and expand their horizons. Such creativity, critical thinking and problem solving skills give added value to the services Imperium has to offer.
As part of its commitment to continuous learning, Imperium initiated two training programs for its employees this summer.
