Custom integrations to the telephony system include analog or digital PSTN connection, agent queuing, IVRS capability, Call Detail Records (CDR) and voicemail recordings. We have experience in setting up contact center solutions with end-to-end deployments. Digital lines from the telephone company are provided and connected to digital telephony cards. These cards are used to interface to the Asterisk server in-order to send and receive calls. Incoming calls are then facilitated via the client’s CRM where the proper service will be offered to the caller. Customer data, CDR’s and call recordings are stored to ensure the quality of service provided. Our solution not only involves hardware setup and configuration but also software integration and development. Using the Open Source telephony software Asterisk gave the contact center the flexibility to opt for customized server hardware and CRM software. Unlike proprietary and bundled telephony software, the customized software was easily integrated with our telephony system and was able to meet their exact requirements, reducing incompatibilities with their service model and at the same time reducing cost.
