Security Support Staff
  • Conceptual knowledge in Network Security
  • Firewalls - NetScreen, PIX, Checkpoint (Order of preference. Strong experience in any one of the firewalls)
  • IDS/IPS - TippingPoint, Juniper IDP (Order of preference. Experience preferable. Conceptual knowledge required)
  • SSL VPN - F5 Firepass, Neoteris (Order of preference. Experience preferable. Conceptual knowledge required)
  • URL Filtering - Can be familiar with the concept
  • Scanners and Sniffers - Can be familiar with the concept
  • Email Defense (AntiSPAM, Anti-Virus, Content filtering) - Can be familiar with the concept
  • Multifactor Authentication - Can be familiar with the concept
  • Operating Systems (Unix and Windows) experience preferable
  • Required to work in shifts and in weekends
  • Should be flexible to work extra hours
  • Should be flexible to provide 24 X 7, on-call remote support
